Sorry, stepped away for a couple minutes.  Everything has gone well and EdStroud pool now is the envy of neighborhood.  Got to head back out again.  See you in a couple innings.

I wish I had one in my backyard to stay in shape year round.

Are you out of town? Maybe in Minnesota to catch the birds' doubleheader?

But yeah so far so good with Chico.

JCA - good call on Willie vs. righties....I had to mention in my thread today that you corrected me on that one.

I still think he should be a utility guy, but until someone else takes hold of things in right, Rig is going to trot him out there alot.

Thanks. If you just focus on the past 3 fulls seasons (07-09), his OPS is even better.  I sometimes wonder if I'm too geeky by harping on this, and am trying to give it a rest, but I do think it might be part of making the best ourt of a bad situation.

Not sure exact distance, but just over the high wall in RF/RC.

Uh-oh.  This is huge.  Win expectancy drops from 75% to 57% after Cantu's hit.  Would want Walker here rather than Batista.

Sweet pick by Dunn. Close to out of this.

Hmm...interesting playing for the out, giving up run.  I know that is sound baseball, but with another inning to survive before Clip/Capps, I don't know if I trust Batista with a 1 run lead.

Agreed - maybe Rig will stop taking him out in late innings now...
