Did you watch the vid? They were being complete jerks.

So you think they should be shot?  They said "stupid" twice, wow.  So awful.  Nevermind the fact that the people making the video sound like kids.  They should be shot for being stupid jerks.

I'm surprised at you, PatsNats.

Oh, I misinterpreted HalfSmokes' post - didn't know who the "they" were. They were being jerks, but you're right, that was an overreaction on HalfSmokes' part. I apologize.

Why ?  Do you really think that would be a positive event, given the circumstances ?

I was hoping they could turn around and empty a few rounds into the jackass commentators- too bad jersey isn't treated like kandahar

I love how seriously everyone is taking obvious hyperbole, you would think, given the way most other issues are discussed here, people would understand that

 looked kinda stupid to try to drive through water that was almost over the windshield.  How were they even breathing?

Next time anyone besides sportsfan suggests that someone shoot one of our players, let me know.  I got the hyperbole, but that doesn't make it right.  A casual attitude towards lethal violence is no excuse.

up to 24" of rain in New Orleans & SE Louisiana in the next 2-3 days from TS Lee.  That will thoroughly suck.  Some models show it dumping 3-6" on the mid-atlantic late next week.

could be a bit of rain this week, though it looks like it won't kick in until Monday evening.  Here's the 5-day:

Looks like the Bay is going to get a whole new load of silt sometime late in the week.

Rivers and creeks will be up as well.   White's Ferry will close and someone will get too close at Great Falls.   No golfing at Haines Point and the toilet paper, milk and bread will be gone by Tuesday afternoon.

I always wondered about the combo - TP, bread, milk, and eggs.  do people make french toast and get the runs during storms?

If the power goes out, I'd only worry about that scenario if there's a run on kerosene, charcoal and/or gas for grills.

Never made sense to me either. I've never been snowed in or stuck in my house, even during the bad snows we had in 2010. Luckily, I don't think I've ever lost my power for more than a day either.
