I don't know what's more depressing - the Redskins loss, the Nats about to get swept, or the fact that I have Matt Stafford in my (only) two fantasy leagues.

If the answer is Matt Stafford, you're a complete freaktard.

The whole team should have been approaching it like this all game. Minor isn't a pinpoint strike thrower. You gotta work him and make him make mistakes.

Not to rehash this old subject, but the hitting coach should be accountable...

I dont know whats more depressing; the Nats losing, the Skins losing, or everyone losing faith in their team!

Watching my Hokies get creamed yesterday was not fun either.

We stayed on Campus last night at The Inn.  Things were definitely kind of muted around town.

Hopefully Gio can notch another quick inning and we can score some runs with the heart of the order up in the 6th to get him #20.

I think they're just all cooling down at once.  Werth was a machine until now.

Haha...I bet it was pretty somber there last night.

They've ran into excellent pitching. This is what it will be like in the playoffs. No getting to beat up on crap starting pitching like the Mets, etc.

And they're folding up like a five-dollar suit.

At least he settled down.  It only took about 95 pitches.   :?

well, Gio generally gets stronger in the later innings. Good finish from him. Just wish we didn't waste the 5 innings of the game. Now we only have 4 cracks left.

gio might head out to the 6th.  He's settled down nicely just batted in the top of the 5th.  He's also going for win #20 so davey might try to give him a chance to get there.
