How did that DP happen?  I just looked up in time to see Harris' crappy throw.

stupid ass team. 1-10 homestand would be so fitting.

3 runs in 17 innings against O's pitching. :?

the runner had no idea where the ball went  (high popup), he trotted over to 2nd and stood there until Harris made the catch, before deciding maybe he ought to head back to 1st.

haha, i forgot about that... what exactly did you say? you proclaimed Kearns as an above average outfielder?
At the time, I argued he was better than people were giving him credit for.  Basically that he was a middle of the pack outfielder, which he was at the time and his glove still is, but his bat is ice cold right now.

I'm not asking them to be perfect.  But if the offense is struggling right now so the pitchers know they have a smaller margin of error.  Villone didn't execute where normally does, so he does get his share of the blame.  The offense does too of course, but everyone gets a share.  The offense will rebound when the others get back from the DL in the next week to 10 days.  The bullpen has been better, hopefully that continues.

But you do have to be perfect when your offense scores 1 run!   Literally perfect.

I can't believe I'm using this word on an internet message board but it's "unfair" to blame the bullpen when the offense scores one run!

And all I'm saying is you win as a team and you lose as a team.

I miss our offense.  Now that our starters are working well and the bullpen is doing its job.

it's no coincidence that the offense has gone down the toilet with Dukes and Flores out.

I'm seriously going to start deleting posts if you people don't stop arguing about who is more to blame for these losses.  Take it to another thread if you must.

the bullpen and offense share equal blame.

a shame because the young starters are kicking ass.
