Langerhans had the 2nd best OBP here after he arrived, but he eventually fell back to poor hitting habits.  I think when you get picked up by a team that WANTS you, it gets a player's adrenaline flowing, and they play over their head, to prove their worth.  I hope Willy Mo keeps it going the rest of the year.

That's a really good point.  I do feel really bad for Langerhans.  But this is baseball, not tee ball.

I thought that was going to be fair by 20 feet when he it.  He got robbed!
That would have helped his stats.

Colome time?

Given the score, this is actually a game where I wouldn't mind if Rivera pitched but keep him on a short leash.

Perfect time for Colome to make his comeback.

No Minor League team would want this piece of trash "pitcher". He's more like a pitching machine, he just tosses balls up there so the opponents can hit them as hard as they like. 86 MPH "fast"ball, give me a break. Jennings you're a worthless excuse for a human, please die. DIE!!!

Okay, I just GOTTA KNOW!
1) Sportsfan', are you posting on this board AND the Astros board?
2) Have you been doing this all season?

Lets see if the hard-on some guys like AZ have for Colome is worth it...hopefully he returns to good form.

Wow, it shows how much worse Batista at third is on that play.  Slow, not graceful at all.

Colome has great mound presence; I feel confident when he takes the hill.

I can't believe they have Debbi Taylor advertising for the P-Nats during the actual game.

He's too slow but at least not as bad as Felix Rodriguez...

Yeah kimnat mentioned it earlier and followed it up with "...and he's also a nice guy"

Hopefully he'll regain form though.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a cheap car real quick and came across this:

http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/car/401009480.html

I know this car is ugly as sin, but is it really known as a long lasting one?
