Great news! Today I took my last chemistry exam... ever. Bonus points to anyone who can answer this question from my Organometallics exam today:

Devise a way to install the three trans olefins of Rapamycin, an immunosuppresant marketed by Wyeth under the trade name "Rapamune," in one step. Good luck!

Use a screwdriver?

BTW, Wyeth doesn't exist anymore, they got bought by Pfizer. (At least that I know).

So, the Yankees game may start later than the Nats...

Definitely a shiner, not LoD. :)

...But it's okay because the Nats picked up right where they left off (years of mediocrity)  :icon_frown:, although I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel8)

I'll take it at face value, because deep down inside, I'm a shiner, too. Or a least a silver lining guy.

Anyone notice the really strange background music they used with the Danny Espinosa pregame interview feature just now? It sounded just like p o r n o music.

That's their go-to background music, so strange.

PS Ray and Johnny making fun of Harang was really bizarre.

Probably laughing now so they don't have to when we inevitable lose 1-0 with the sole run being a solo HR by Harang.

Huh, dunno why I haven't noticed it before. Anyways, Espinosa's dad still comes off like a douche, imo.

Stairs did the most useful thing he's done all year by delivering the lineup cards before the game.

He should follow that up by running away to Mexico.

The seats behind home plate look really nice in that stadium.

Its a decent ballpark.  It reminds me of a hybrid of nats park and camden yards but I'm not too crazy about the concourses.  The surrounding area is awesome though.  I hope nats park gets that soon.

Nobody this inning better swing at the first pitch.  Harang is not throwing strikes.

The stadium is so quiet. I'm so used to everyone booing Jayson Werth.
