Jesus, I'm in the dark already.    Never watched "Family Guy".   I find the absence of the laptop making attendance at the GDT problematic.    Please no applause  ....  :)

OT but I didn't know where else to put it  ...   Owner of the Cubs is on Undercover Boss.   He got fired by the scoreboard operator.    The operator had the right idea.   :)

You're not alone.   I never heard of them either.   Did Clapton ever play with them?

As a kid, my dad gave me a 1956 Edition of the Vest Pocket Encyclopedia of Baseball compiled for Gillette.   It has all the layouts of the stadiums of the day as well as stats for all the players from the 1955 season.   That's where I found the Polo Grounds layout.

If I had to chance to visit a ball park that no longer exists, the Polo Grounds would be right at the top of my list.

That's right up there too.  There's a distinct uniqueness to the Polo Grounds that I find really intriguing.

Oh the Polo Grounds is up there. Shibe is another because of it's weirdness. Most of the older parks really had poor sightlines with tons of obstructed view seats.
