I hope these guys are taking their 5 hour energy.  It's going to be late for these fellows.

The 5 hour energy car ran out of gas during the race. No lie.

Damn, I recorded a couple hours of the race after the fire and woke up to find out the drivers still weren't in their cars when my recording ended.   At least Jr. didn't win.

What about Pasadena, Georgetown and Manassas?

I do like Richmond making the list, however.

Frederick, Thurmont... anyplace further north than me, so I can feel justified about the corner of suburbia I live in, The Land of Sublime Living™, Gaithersburg, MD.

I've never been to Pasadena, MD so no opinion; Pasadena, CA is pretty bad ass.  Georgetown is filled with rich, white honkies that haven't felt the joy of a trailer park Christmas/bar mitzvah - my kind isn't allowed there.  Manassas seems nice enough, just the easiest exurb for me to pick on.

No Roanoke/Lynchburg?

I left those off the list for obvious reasons, the same with any cesspool in NYC.

U street Corridor...

I had a dream that place got fireballed back to 1968.  It's really too bad I woke up and it's still a yuppie infested craphole.

Oh you would have loved it when I lived there in the mid/late 80s, plenty of urban violence, poverty, and hopelessness, with a small sprinkling of bois (and my dad) just starting to seep in with their bright exterior paint and wrought iron.  You could score a speedball much more easily than a latte in those days.

You know, that's my real problem with DC - it's either black or white now, and I don't mean that necessarily in terms of race lines (though that may be how it shakes out often).  If it was crap before it's suddenly yuppie scum and Viking Ranges with the NDU on full assault.  freak whitey.

I try to stay away from that craphole as much as I can.  You couldn't promise me an endless supply of sloppy beejs from a coked-up Lindsay Lohan to move to that freaking honky hellhole.

I think "Ran out of gas" won that race.   :)    All part of racin' though and I'm glad Gibbs' racing won.

I think that Hamlin had just enough of a lead to hold on for one more lap but I sure was glad to see Harvick run dry.
