I love how the new people don't understand our personalities and tell us to relax...

We haven't scored the last 6 innings and I really do not see that changing.  This team just cannot hit at ALL.  And the ump gives Derek Lee a free pass, what's new..

At least you guys provide some funny pictures. That one had me cracking up.

Listen I know it doesnt look good but were playin the Cubs and they arent exactly world beaters.  Are hitting is just awful but were not goin to survive the season if we get so worked up

Yea Im one of the "new ones".  Doesn't matter if this is my first or 4,000 post. Listen I don't need to know everyones personaility, Im simply sayin were playin the Cubs we can win.  I am as much as a diehard as anyone else is hear but I am not goin to let this crappy team get to me......Its goning to be a long season......I have accepted it.

We're going to survive just fine dude...this is how we vent when the guys are playing like crap...and they are.  Like crap.  We don't just serve the kool-aid all the time over here.  Some people don't like that...but hey we are what we are.   :D

I think it is safe to say that Young is not pulling his weight. (A phrase that now seems so appropriate.)

3 up, 3 down as expected..  The offense is embarrassing.  Yes, Bergmann shouldn't have blown the 4-0 lead but I blame the offense yet again for this loss.  They did absolutely f*cking nothing after the 1st inning.

Wow, Church is really looking like a man among boys in this lineup. It's incredible to compare his stats with the rest. I understand that they believe that Casto should be seeing regular at bats, but a player that doesn't warrant to be batting in front of Schneider really shouldn't be in the lineup.

i hear you.......glad to see that people care so much.  I love my nats but this season is and will be a nightmare.   I like the fact people keep it real here.....No kool aid for me either as its almost 5 PM so its time for a drink! Bottoms up everyone!

Keep in mind also that Bergamann really only yielded 4 ER. Not only did the offense do nothing after the first, but Zimmerman's error is the difference in the game now.

Yep, Bergmann sucked but you can't expect him to keep pumping out quality starts.  Zim screwed up which hurt but the offense did us in after the 1st.  Even if they had only mustered 1 run in the last 7 innings the game would be tied.. WTF is Bowie doing out there?

These announcers are box stats whores. They jsut looked at Rivera's nukmbers from last season and assumed he was a pretty good reliever for us If only they knew.

The Cubs announcer just said on the Soriano strikeout:

"Well, that was a pretty good breaking nag, err, pitch."
