Didn't play the Yankees in '05. But even so, scoring on a wild pitch is not stealing home.

Maybe it was 06 then - it was a home series.  Nats won.

ROTFLAO. Catching a little Sunshine are ya? This first one is looking good and we have JZ going tonight. I'm liking it.

Well, the Cards have Garcia going, who's going to be just as tough.

And no, I'm not just saying that to be all LoD.

Give up the dinger to Pujols, the single to Holliday, then get the out. Genius!

Lannan was just being generous to Pujols. He is baiting Pujols to make him more confident about his abilities. In the nightcap, he will be overconfident

Way to cement the lead with a scoreless inning, John.

I'd have been o.k. with the solo homer to Pujols, but the hit and walk after it with two outs is alarming.

If Lannan can't throw strikes up 7-0, now 7-1... put someone in that can.

It's like the homer rattled him.  He's suddenly lost control.

Long time to sit for a pitcher, might have something to do with the crappy inning.
