How have curse words been allowed into these game threads?

Great class right there.

Wow, what a pissed-off game thread.

Oh, wait.  It's always like that.  x 100

Well then you should be thinking about how awesome it'll be when we start fielding winning teams and people aren't so irritable all the time ;)

On-topic, I have just been too busy at work this week, otherwise I'dve posted the thread.  Thanks to sportsfan once again for picking up the slack.

Getting irritable, or downright offensive and insulting, is pretty extreme for a sport that people watch for entertainment.

Also, like I mentioned before, the curse words that are popping up more and more in these threads is getting pretty extensive.

I wonder if Hanrahan will ever "get it"?  Would pitching another year in AAA really help him that much?  If not, we should cut him loose and forget about it, after the season is over.

That really might have been the Dodgers thinking.

Where did you see curse words?  Filters are in place but individual users can enable or disable them as they wish, so you might need to enable yours.  I've asked posters in the past to please refrain from "modifying" curse words to get around the filters.

Him, Redding, and Bacsik have to go.  They all started out hot but quickly turned to crap.  These guys, specifically Walkrahan, are not ML quality pitchers.  There is a reason that they were all Minor League Free Agents.

I've seen multiple uses of motherf---er, bullsh!t, a$$hole, and the f-word posted without censoring.  Last night's game thread had a lot of it.

I just think it's tasteless.

Abreu isn't any more likely to pitch better than Hanrahan.

Did Hanrahan seriously just drive in a run?
