Hey, guys its been fun. Old Spinman needs some rest. I am having surgery real soon on my back. Hurt teaching a spinning class in which the bike broke and I tore 3 discs and I am having some bone removed in my spine for relief. I could be out for a while so have a great off season and hope to be back on the board real soon. Thanks for all the support and Go Nats, Go Balester and Go WNFF!!!
