Yes it does stand for Twin Cities - Minniapolis and St. Paul.  Sorry for the bad spelling. 

Storms are in the area.  I wonder if that's the problem in some areas.

I'm up in the office watching the game through you all.  Dan & Andrew are downstairs watchin it together.  I would go down and join them, but it really sounds like they're having some cool father-son time.  That doesn't happen often, so I don't want to spoil it!  They really sound like they're having fun!!!  :D

Don't take this the wrong way, but you probably would spoil it. I love it when my son comes in and watches baseball with me. Nothing like it. It's even wierder, and more wonderful, now that he knows more about the game than I do...
