Kobernus keeps owning AA pitching. 3/5 with a double, 2 singles, 2 RBIs, and a run tonight.

Batting .444 with at least one hit in all 6 games so far.

i said since we drafted him he was going to be a stud.  look at the archives.

my second favorite prospect behind destin hood.  a.j. cole was up there, but he goneeeeeeeee.

Kobernus has a ways to go, but I've been pleased since we drafted him.

Can Jason Martinson get some pub?

3/3 with 2 HRs, Double, 6 RBIs, 4 runs, and a walk tonight for the Suns. Batting .381 for the Suns. Should be in Potomac.
Add another walk and run scored to those totals. 5 runs and 6 RBIs tonight for Martinson. 3 walks.

Hagerstown scored 16. JP Ramirez had 4 hits

I played with Greer in little league :lmao:

He was a 14th round pick a few years ago by Arizona but could never hit enough.

SF told him to enjoy it while he last becaues while Greer is struggling at age 26, SF will be hanging out with all the sundress sillies.

Bryce Harper Alert: He just lined an 0-2 pitch the other way for his first Triple-A triple. Chiefs are 2-2 in the 3rd.

Solid news with Goodwin. Hopefully it doesn't linger. Sounds like they're just being cautious

I'd love to see guys like Brown, Carroll, and a few others become interchangeable parts at the end of the roster so that we can cycle them in and out depending on need.  To have that kind of depth lets you drop to 12 position players for a game, bring up a Lannan for a spot start or Severino when you need an extra lefty in the pen, then send the pitcher out for another piece of position depth once the need for the pitcher passes.

Corey Brown is ON FIRE!

He should be called up before Harper.   :couch:

After Brown's spring, I thought he'd be given more of a chance. Obviously, Shark isn't cutting it. I think Bernie is meant to be a 5th OF/AAAA player. Not saying Brown is an answer, but something has to happen

Both Bernie and Carroll aren't really adding much to the team.  Replacing them with Ankiel and Brown could help.  We'd be down one right handed bat on the bench, but it's not like Carroll has been raking.

The one at-bat he's had seems to be a big enough sample size to decide on his fate?

Might be time to make Moore a LF'er and drag him to the majors with Morse out for a long time.

I know Moore would be a trainwreck, but we desperately need pop out there.
