The Nats could probably take action against the P-Nats to break their affiliation based on the field / clubhouse issues (the visitors clubhouse is still not up to MLB standards), which would leave Silber and Stewart left with nothing - just as a new independent league team starts playing in a brand new stadium in Loudoun.
Okay, I'll bite. Could the Nationals latch onto the independent league team in Loudon as an affiliate? I don't know how that whole things works. Is it a possibility?
