Riggleman's worst mistakes continue to work out.

Someday that will kill this team at the worst possible moment.

Good inning for Lannan, not sure what to think. He puts you on a roller coaster ride everytime he takes to the mound.

Hammonds is going to have a lot of hater material when he goes back and reads this thread, lol.

Lannan getting out of Sunday and then tonight with 4 ER? How you can explain that sentence I'll never know, since his pitching certainly hasn't gotten any better from what I've been watching.  Still, 4ER in his most recent two games is what it is, and I've got to give him credit. You just hope the organization doesn't overlook his actual performance and thus thinks things are fine with him when they clearly aren't. He's just been amazingly, incredibly lucky.

Jansen is the catcher they made a pitcher last year. That was his first career walk.

And to Maxwell, at that!

Hahaha, Bob Carpenter studies maps. Apparently he watches baseball in his spare time.

If only Maxwell could hit .250

He'd be awesome.

Is it the crappy standard def/wide screen I'm watching, or does Zimm seem to hit from way back in the box? I've noticed this quite a few times lately.

If you go to a game and sit on the side of a plate, you'll notice pretty much everyone stands in the very back of the box.

Ok... we all know Rizzo screwed Williams over.

No need to act like it didn't happen, Rob and Bob, lol!

Maybe its the something about the stance, but Zimm in particular always looks further out.

Ooh, it's double switch time!!! Gogo Riggleman, you're the smartest manager out there for remembering the double switch rule can be used several times a game, and you're not afraid to do it either.

Why in god's green earth are we putting Burnett, Mr. .300+ against Lefties, Mr. below .200 Righties, against a Lefty again??? This makes no sense, and Riggleman has done it time and time again since announcing Burnett as a potential closer post-Capps trade.

With a 3 run lead its not completely crazy to defy those stats and test his potential post Capps.

There's no way Debbi didn't butcher that nickname... the Maya-yiyas?
