MVP 2005: A Washington Nationals Dynasty
« Reply #25: August 12, 2006, 11:37:55 AM »
Arizona Diamondbacks @ Washington Nationals (4-6)
L, 8-6
Game Notes: This apparently is not one someone would call a pitchers duel of a series, although Brandon Webb started the game for the snakes, the Nats were still able to put runs on the board. In an 8-6 game in the bottom of the ninth with runners on second and third with two outs, Ryan Church flew out to end the game.

Player of the game:Brandon Webb, in a very high scoring game, he only gave up 2 runs, but after handing it over to the bullpen the runs got blown out of proportion.
