Terrible, terrible, terrible.  Cut Hanrahan -- giving up 3 runs.  Geesh.  Belliard's slow on the double play, Manny doesn't know what he's doing.  Awful, terrible, indefensible losing team.  I'm just disgusted.  Our guy needed to be perfect cause there guy never gives up anything and look what we get.  I don't see how they can expect to sell tickets next year.  I may neer watch another baseball game in my life.

A bit premature but I'm confident about this one. I'm halfway to my prediction of 4 wins on the roadtrip.

I think that should be the normal way. I hate all this "don't run up the score" type crap. I think you should play the same way you would as if it were tied. THAT'S what the best teams do. Best production teams at least.

It's premature in a 7 run game in the 8th inning?

It was unearned.  With 2 outs, Ramirez fields a routine ground ball, and the heaves it about 20' over first base and into the dugout.  Then on Molina's single, Hermida allegedly threw home.  We'll have to assume that's where he was throwing - never can be too sure with him.

Another unearned run just scored thanks to Hermida.  3-2 Cards.  Typical Marlins "baseball."

I would hope so because this really would be THE WORST LOSS OF THE SEASON!

I predicted 5 wins.  Everyone thinks low when we're losing, and they think we'll never lose if we've been winning.  Baseball just comes in streaks, that usually go in the opposite direction.

Kearns walks.  Pops a bubble on the Nook-provided-gum.

Pena has his worst game, and I'm still happy with him. He's changed this team. I routed for us to get this guy for a long time. I may actually finally have to change my avatar. :)

5-2 Cards.  Now you can blame Benitez for the HR.  This Marlins loss once again falls on Fredi and his lack of discipline and basic fundamentals.  He's the epitome of a wuss.

Did I call it or did I call it??? Keep in mind that the Cards had 2 outs and nobody on when Hanley made an error which ended up leading to 4 runs!!! Florida on their way to their 7th loss in a row! Thank you Armando!

Armando Benitez is coming in to pitch the 8th for Florida against St. Louis with a 1 run lead.. Surely he'll blow it?
