Hopefully the Nats. He has lights out stuff at times, he just needs to control his pitches better.

You said World Series so I figured you have to be talking about another team.

We won by 9 runs, sorry I'm a tad bit optimistic right now. All kidding aside, this team will make the playoffs in the next few years.

What I wouldn't give to roll the Cardinals tomorrow.

Maybe the umpire thing finally lit a fire under this team that Riggleman couldn't.

Good question though ... hopefully somebody will help us out.
Also, in thinking about the few that come to mind, most of the time they're crowded around the plate, often mock holding each other back and don't crush in on the home run hitter until the moment he's touched the plate.  I'm not sure it happens that often, though there was probably an instance where it did and players are probably made well aware of what can happen if they do touch him.  I'm also wondering if there's a rule about coaches because they shake hands with the base coaches on every homer...

Was listening on the drive home from work.  Why did west go into the Nats dugout?  Dave said maybe he was hungry and ordering a pizza or asking some restaurant to stay open late for him.

Going back to watch the Cards broadcast for the bottom of the 8th.  It's so depressing.  In a good way.  Like they know they're watching the division slip away...

I'd love to just have the radio crew take over the TV broadcast...

i attribute my reserve pyschology, calling of dunn's homer and rock bottom dinner order as the reason we won tonight.  oh and our bats were fantastic today.

In all seriousness, when he went into the dugout, he went to a phone.  I'm thinking maybe to the scorers table to tell them what the ruling was or something like that...

Cards broadcasters killed Morgan for running into the catcher.  Saying Wainwright should send him a message if he plays tomorrow.

Wikipedia says they are on the outs, but it also says he is a Gold Gloves boxer so I won't go there.
