The Braves are up 4-0, it's looking like we'll be 7 games back after tonight

In good news, June is Livan's worst month in his career.

Ray is tearing Rizzo's pitching philosophy apart on air right now.

Aside from tonight, he's had two very solid starts this month.  Guess we'll see how the next couple of weeks go.

Um, so I ended up watching Man Vs. Food instead. I'm going to go back and look at Gameday pitch speeds to determine our winner now, but what you need to know is that Adam Richman successfully ate a 12-egg omelet with one and a half pounds of hash browns and two biscuits. :shock:

Through careful combing of the MLB Gameday site, I have determined the correct answer to this Gameday Thread challenge: what will be the difference between Justin Verlander's FASTEST pitch and Livan Hernandez's SLOWEST pitch?

As a reminder, here are our entrants and their guesses:
Galah = 23 mph
The Chief = 25.9 (26) mph
aspenbubba = 29 mph
EmpireNat = 30 mph
Spinman = 32 mph
Nathan = 33 mph
UMDNats = 33 mph
imref = 34 mph
JCA-CrystalCity = 35 mph
Minty Fresh = 36 mph
GMUNat = 36 mph
shoeshineboy = 37 mph
Lintyfresh85 = 38 mph
ronnynat = 39 mph
KnorrforYourMoney = 40 mph
PANatsFan = 42 mph
Section214 = 44 mph

And the winner is...

I first want to thank all the little people in my life.... etc. etc.

Anyways, ditch the Aztek... can I keep Melissa instead?

That gun wasn't calibrated properly.  The pitch differential looked much more like 36 MPH than 38 MPH - at least to this guy who didn't watch a lick of the game.

DAMMIT I WANT AN AZTEK!
