Sheets is good, but he's no C.C. We have chance in this one.

Our lineup looks solid today but it still won't matter more than likely. Redding will probably get his ass beat which will officially end any chance we had of dealing him.

First appearance vs Sheets in May

B Sheets   6.0ip   7h   2r   2er   0bb   6so   1hr

Lost the game 4-3 in 11th

I remember that day

Ray Durham? Seriously?

Also, John Lannan and Jason Bergmann have a lower combined ERA (3.48) since June 1 than Ben Sheets does (3.60). For what it's worth...

This is freaking hilarious.   It probably gives some people the idea that they are personal friends to call him that.

We're undefeated (6-0) when Bonifacio gets at least one hit. :D

It's my understanding that he prefers to be known as Jason, but in fact close family and friends do refer to him as Jay.

If anybody here calls me Tommy, I'm going to open up a big 'ol can of whuppass......

well, i'm relieved we got CC out of the way...Sheet is beatable.

and i've never really complained about this BUT why does Big ears continue to bat 4th?! Flores should bat fourth or Millie, even Belly or Harris would be better #4 hitters. Belly/Harris power >>>>>> big ears power.

He could have girlfriends, too. They probably call him Bergy, though.

Redding is woeful but one of those balls was an obvious strike.

Redding has gone to 3-1 on almost every hitter so far. These lead-off walks are going to do him in sooner or later.

Sounds like Redding is off his game today.

EDIT: Nice wild pitch Tim. Bonus points for Flores' football skills which turns out to be a passed ball.  :-[

EDIT: Nice SO Tim.
