I was also confused about the Green Turtle thing.
I wasn't aware Dulles was an actual area now.
Upon yet further review, the Greene Turtle site shows the address as Sterling, different zip code than the Dulles Town Center site shows. So maybe they recently got a change to a new zip. Or maybe they just don't want to be part of Sterling.
