I think we may get to see the first glimpse of Christian Garcia tonight.  :?

What's wrong with that?

I was starting to think Werth would never make an out again.

They're my boys!  Love my Nats!

Yep. I grew up with the 1960 team...I was 12, and the '59 team had broken the Phillies MLB record with 19 straight losses...even though they hit more than 160 home runs. Gut-wrenching when Griffith moved to Minneapolis, and in '65 we watched Killebrew and Allison, Pascual, Battey, Versalles, and Mincher in the WS.

Edwin would be cool to keep the next couple years until a prospect is ready, but if he keeps it up he might price himself out of our range. Seems like lately even when he's getting losses and pitching "bad", he's still only giving up 3 or so runs in 6-7 IP.

It really is...savor this, even with really good teams it doesn't happen too often

Duke needs to get in to this game. We may need him to replace Burnett and his ailing elbow

Rockies just turned a 2-4-2 double play to get out of a 1st and 3rd jam.

Might as well bring in Gorzo too...let's see if we can replicate the 2009 Pirates rotation!

Save Gorzo for a game that matters. Good game to evaluate Duke. Or Garcia.

Grew up with Ted's 69 Nats.  Jussst got into baseball when they left in 71.

Moved to the Os during the Brooks, Palmer, McNally, Grich and Belanger days!
