So do you leave Armas in for the 7th, or do we bring in the bullpen?

now who was it that was preaching DOOM & GLOOM with Tony Armas today?

You predicted that Tony Armas would have only given up 1 hit in 6 innings against the Mets today?  I don't think anyone could see that coming.

Now we start the inning at the top of the order.  They started the inning with the pitcher, ie an automatic out.

Good hit, Brian Schneider!!!

If we do use the bullpen, we better use the A-guys (Bowie, Rauch, Cordero)

I don't know why we keep pulling off of the slow breaking balls and grounding out.  They need to adapt and hit the ball where it is pitched

Well looky there.  Zim is the youngest hitter on the team, and the smartest hitter.  He hit it the other way and doubled.

NJ jammed.  This is a crucial inning for Tony.  heart of the order for the Mets.
