No if it got that bad the game would be called and the final score would be 1-0 Nats with Lannan declared the winning pitcher. But I don't think it will be that bad. They'll finish the game.

Because the score reverts back to the last complete inning of an official game (minimum 5 innings). In this case the 8th would not count because the birds did not get their allotted outs for that frame.
