I miss the red helmets on the road.  Bring those back, Nats!

not sure Lombo had to dive for that one, but nice nonetheless.

JZ complete game tonight? I know it's early but I feel like he'll dominate these scrubs.

Beautiful body control there by Lombo. dove in a position so he could pop right back up, like a volleyball player. Nice work.

JZ will throw a no-hitter thus forcing Davey to leave him in :D

I think FP just had a quasi-Dibble moment.

How are Sam Huff and Larry Michaels?

Sam's (thankfully) working a "reduced schedule" this season.  He's doing all the home games, but only one or two away games.  He really needs to be put out to pasture...

Reyes's streak faltered today, therefore Morse has the longest hitting streak in the Major Leagues of Ball of the Base.

I like when Sonny rants about a penalty for 5 minutes and then Larry goes "actually, the refs got it right."

For you all that live in the DC-metro area (or DC sports market area) are people more excited about the Skins and RG3, or the Nats and this pennant race?

Why can't the parks be even-dimensioned?

Actually one of my favorite things about baseball is that each park is unique.

I mentioned it last year (not a 'skins fan) but I'm worried about Sam.    He's got some troubling signs goin' on.   (I'm not a doctor but I play one on TV.)

Unfortunately, it's probably more of the former.  It's going to take a lot more out of the Nats to bump the football team from the top of every local sportscast.

DC was, is, and always will be Redskins first.  I don't get it either.  I love the skins too, but I guess ppl are gluttons for either punishment or mediocrity.

Really? That's very puzzling to me. I'm not a Skins fan, and I don't live up there. But I feel like the Skins have been largely disappointing for the most part in recent years. I obviously see that RG3 is going to bring a lot of excitement to the Skins, but still the Nats are in the middle of a great race, and have the best record in baseball.

Just figured it'd be more a Nats town at the moment.

He appears to be a pretty balanced young man.
