Maybe Hanrahan will develop into a decent reliever by next year when we're going to need him.

We deserve that from him considering how gracious we have been in keeping him on the roster for 1.5 seasons despite very inconsistent pitching.

26 hits off of Geary in 37 innings. That's sick.

Make that 27 hits. Nice job, Lo Duca.

Not having Dmitri or someone else up to replace him hurts. We are down to just Nieves+Orr off the bench.

This crap happens all the time with us. Maybe the Lerners read Natsaddict's posts on how Loria saves money and they are doing the same with our roster moves.

It would be nice if we had some speed on this team.

Belliard's error, which led to 2 runs, and WMP's "at bat" with the bases loaded did us in tonight.

Damn, I missed the error. I knew something had to have happened.

Brownlie blows. Someone here just posted an article on him. He's lost 10 MPH on his heater since he was the Cubs' first round pick in 2002.

His mechanics are the main cause of his injury history.  He had to tinker with the mechanics and as a result he lost a lot a lot of his power, but he is less prone to injury than he once was, for better or worse.
