... to a couple of unwanted streaks. The 7 runs the Nats put up last night ended a dismal run of 16 games (since July 16th) without scoring as many as 5 in a game, and 21 straight without scoring more than 5 (8-7 over the Phillies on July 8th).
The Nats have been outscored 435-418 over the season and yet remain 8 games above .500. That's pretty remarkable, I think.
