Vidro makes the double play...he's our entire team it seems.

yeah, really.

*prays for Jorge Julio*

do yourself a favor and dont even begin to kid yourself, I mean seriously there is a better chance of there being a Royals-Rockies world series, than the Nats coming back to win this one. What pisses me off more is, how come sports experts are always right? Before spring training even started they were all like "o the Nats will be hard pressed to match last year's record" DAMN

That's why they're called "experts" and we're called "fans"
If any of us were even half expert, we'd be getting paid to make predictions and write articles telling everyone what we think. But we're "fans" and all fans do is push air around....

Stepped out for Ben and Jerry's ice cream.  3 to 1.  I see I haven't missed much.

Last year I never would of left the TV, computer, or radio.

How embarassing this was what Martinez just did to us.   Our guys are all talk & no action- especially Guillen.

Way to come up small!

well, Armas gave us a Quality Start, so that's the silver lining I take from this. unless of course we come back in the 9th.

The Brendan Watson "era" needs to end.  His OPS coming into tonight is .382.   That is about half the MLB average.

Well the outcome of this one is pretty much set.  I'm going to go watch James Bond movies.  I'll start with Dr. No.

So as we continue to dig ourselves into the cellar of the NL East we must "remain calm and focus on all the positives".

He's looking like he'll be this year's Patterson- pitch well & get absolutely no support.

I'm waiting until he has 50 at-bats before I go to town on him.

Randolph letting Pedro go out & warm up for the 8th and then taking him out before he threw a pitch was pretty classless.  He was just shoving it up our a## given all the brouhaha over the last week.

By the way, I didn't see the early part of the game.  Did we knock Pedro down in any of his ABs?
