MLBTR Comments on Lopez/Nats

this crap pisses me off.

read the comment section, where all the other teams' fans keep saying crap like "oh he was playing for the Nats, I'd dog it too if I were him." and "maybe he didn't play hard, but he was playing for the Nats so its okay".

There were a couple of Nats fans in there introducing some reality into the conversation.

Hey J-Mad, do you know who is that "HalfSt" poster is?  I see him/her quite a bit on various boards chiming in on Nats topics du jour.

Regular on Nats Journal at the Post.  Was a real optimist back before the Nats moved into Nats Park, and a bit of a Dylan fan, thus adopted the moniker "Positively Half Street," or "+ly 1/2St."  When the Post went to more verification for its boards, he then started posting under a different name but signed in as "+ly 1/2 St."  Kind of how I went from "Poster to be Named Later" / "PTBNL" to "JCA-CrystalCity"
