By. I agree that app support is tragically bad. But my 920 has a 40+ hour battery life if some crappily designed website isn't running ads constantly in the background draining juice. If that's happening, it only has a 20 hour life. I don't need it for games or media. I've got a Kindle HDX for that. Now that all said, I do have one real honest complaint with it. My voice is deep. Bass in a big way. I can't talk on my phone without using speaker phone or a bluetooth earpiece because the noise cancellation blocks 80% of what I say thinking that I'm a truck passing by.
Other than that though... it's a rock solid shell that I've slammed into concrete more than once with nary a scratch, no need for so otter box giant ugly case and a fantastic integration into my company's Office 365 setup.
**Actually, I do have one gripe that really ticks me off. When I search with the phone's built in Bing interface, it doesn't credit points to my account the way it does with an android or iphone platform. It really, really makes me angry that MS apps are better on other platforms than they are on the MS one and it's because on the others they are standalone apps versus seamlessly integrated pieces of the tech.
