nothing like a leadoff walk to try to hold the other team down - and then a single - now he's cooked - the # 8 and 9 hitters are up - those are the ones drese cant get out.

Try sportsline.com or foxsports.com.  Neither of them recquire opening a new window, if that is the problem.

against nats pitching, the astro lineup looks like a bunch of .400 hitters

VERY big out...Berkman with bases loaded would have been all bad.

That was extremely strange.  I suppose FR didn't want to burn a pinch-hitter he might need later in the game?  (I presume Eischen is coming in.)

So how many runners have we stranded now?

Berkman hits a laser to center.  He's 5 for 11 now.

another leadoff man on base! why is it that this always spells trouble for us and when we get the leadoff guy on it doesnt mean too much

Good.  Lord.  Vidro.

Oh well still got Berkman out and kept Wilson in the park.

Looks like Wilson might've stretched his groin going back to the bag on a pickoff play.

Well he's staying in so I dunno...

We're giving up way too many walks (not to mention free outs on bungled plays)

I think preston got hit where it hurts. I dont think he strained anything.
