Lopez is infuriating. I'm not going to be fooled by the little success he had in the last couple of weeks. He's just so ridiculously inconsistent. Good to see him go after this season.

Supposidly the Indians are now looking at him and Guzman for possible mid-season trades.

1 pitch out for Guz.  :?

I'm not fixated with the concept of taking pitches for the sake of taking pitches. If Guzman saw a pitch he liked then he needs to swing. That may be the only pitch he gets in that at bat. He actually drove it well but it couldn't find an empty spot in the outfield.

The A's just scored 4 in the first of of Tim Hudson.

It was actually 1 in the first and 3 in the 2nd.

The count is 0-2 and Roberts just hurt himself with a foul ball to his leg. Watch him reach base.

Perez is crap, plain and simple.  He is missing his spots by a ton.  WTF kind of 0-2 pitch was that?

Wasn't even in the camera shot.

If that's what it takes I'm open to the idea but I'm not willing to give this bunch any excuse for their awful performance. A lot of times players think that if a coach gets the axe they have new life or more leash.

The two worst things about Harris are that he's VERY forgiving and he doesn't watch game tapes. What a terrible combo that is.

If Manny wanted to win this game at all, he would pull Pena for Willie Harris right now.
