Dibble traded in the creepy semi-tinted glasses for the blackouts, hmm?

:chief batsignal: Martis is the leading candidate for NL ROY. And right now it's not even close.

Where would you find such stats? ESPN somewhere?

Question: Who would you bring in now? Beimel and then Wells? Who and then Who?

Beimel pitched 20 hours ago so I would give him the day off.

Can we just leave a few relievers at Alcatraz if they don't get the save today?

dunn or no dunn, zimm still has to hit the ball.

And it's a lot easier when there's a real threat batting behind him.

exactly.  and dunn vs. zito isn't a great match-up for us.

And Willingham has done so much today?

Dunn getting the rest is more important down the road.

down the road when we're contending with a 33-66 record?

I don't know. but we've gone through the other candidates on here before and no one is even close.

Fowler is hitting .255 and hasn't hit a HR in over a month. He will continue to struggle and his BA will dip.

Schafer is batting .214 with 44 Ks in 112 ABs.

Hoffpauir is hitting .306 with 3 HRs but he's 29 and doesn't deserve any consideration anyways.

can't believe the Giants traded this young stud for Mike Stanton. LOL.

San Francisco is still recovering from Sean Penn.
They needed Stanton to do that.

Reminds me of a "The Rock" quote.

Nats Reliever: "I tried my best"

Sean Connery: "Your best? Losers go home and whine about their best. Winners go home and freak the prom queen"

If Zimm doesn't get a hit in the 9th, I hope they tie it up so we can go to extras :D
