Based on the way we're playing offense, that was a BRUTAL half-inning!  One run feels like five or six.

This is feeling like one of those "we are only in it due to pitching and eventually they will blow it open only because our offense didn't show up tonight" games.   I'd be surprised to see us score a run tonight.

Hudson is a top 5 pitcher in all of the Majors when he pitches like this. Not embarrassing..just running into some fantastic pitching.

Even when he pitches like this I don't have him in the top 5 in all the majors.

That's fine, but he is 125-65 in his career w/ a 3.53 ERA. Not too many better than that currently in baseball. He's a beast.

Hudson's last four outings have mostly been terrible.  If other teams can hit him, why can't we?  Do we watch film?  Does Hudson get scouted?

Our one hit this inning, a 2-out double.

I guess that's about it, if the rest of the game has been any indication...

when you're facing an accuracy freak like Hudson, you want to hit him early in the count. Even if it happens to be an out, it's still not a bad approach.

Game over.

I would have made Jones hit the ball because he's hit almost nothing lately.

I'm sure we'll be lambasted by ESPN tonight for being the team that got shut out by the team that scored 1 run in 5 games

not very often evidently.. the offense flat out stinks, especially now without Guzman.

as we should.. the braves f&^@ing suck and we let them score 4 runs off of us. Traber is good VS lefties but horrid vs righties.
