I feel like Rob is blaming McCatty without saying it directly.

Also... just for craps and giggles I looked up Dibble's stats... and I had no clue he was as good as he was.

He hold the 7th and 9th best seasons in MLB history in terms of K/9 and was a two time all-star.

I'm surprised you didn't know that before considering how much you talk about him :icon_mrgreen:

In his last 2 years in the big leagues, Dibble walked over 11 guys per 9 innings. Literally worse than Bruney. It's funny listening to speak about attacking batters when he didn't do it.

You're gonna suck at everything when you're past your prime too, dude.  Doesn't mean you can't recognize it

Dibble was a two time all-star... he was hurt the back end of his career. I'd say he's qualified to talk.

I really hate watching Lannan pitch.  It's almost as tough for me as it is to watch Garrett Mock nibble around.

Heh...  "ani" ;)

That's funny.

At this pace Dunn is going to cost himself a ton of loot. He may want to sign an extension now.

Can we just buy Johnson from the Marlins.

Have it be like soccer... just pay them a transfer fee.

It's one thing if he sucked like Lannan is currently, but he sucked by not attacking batters at all. I would hope a good pitcher wouldn't look like Brian Bruney at the end of their career.

We'd have to be specific or they would give us Cody Ross.
