The Phillies had all the momentum heading into that series but the Braves don't back down. They are not going away no matter how much the Nats keep winning. The Braves just keep winning, putting pressure on Nats to almost play undefeated baseball.

You should get a prescription for Xanax.

The bullpen, especially the middle relievers, have gotten worse and worse as the season has progressed.

I think they were overperforming early on and are showing some regression.  A cause for some concern?  Yes.  End of the world?  Hardly.

I'm so sick of watching our pitchers labor through innings. So annoying

Braves have won 7 of 10, Nats have won 7 of 10.

What a time for Ricky Weeks to end a season-long slump (Slowes called this a 'dagger').

Game. So much craptiness in two games of this series.

We had a 5 game lead a few days ago, now back to 3 in a sudden. I don't know about you but I'd rather be building on that 5 game lead and pushing it closer to 10. But forget that now, Braves are a week away from being in first unless the Nats go undefeated this week.

Good thing this is the best pitching staff in baseball, or you might be seen as negative.

I don't feel good about this team in a playoff series if they make it. Clippard, Storen, and Burnett can't pitch every single relief inning especially with none of our starters going deep into games. Stammen, Mattheus, HRod, Gorz inspire zero confidence.

Still have a few whacks>

We should have capitalized last inning.  Bases loaded, no outs should mean more than one run.  If we had put together a good rally, we might not be seeing Mattheus serve up BP this inning.

Mattheus and Stammen shouldn't be listed with HEMORROID and the Gorz.

Put a lifetime ban bet on it, and I'll take you up on it.

Otherwise, STFU.

Self-injecting pipe cleaner is cheaper.

Why not? have you watched them pitch lately? The fact that these guys would make our hypothetical postseason roster is scary.

Are there any relievers on the market? Would love to pick someone up.

You think the Nats will go undefeated this week? I hope so. Going to have to do that to keep up with Atlanta.
