Is there any part of this CBA that DOESN'T screw the Nats?  JTFC.

After sleeping on it for one night, I think we're actually better off than most other teams other than the really big spending teams.  Our last few drafts have stocked the farm system a bit and we have some good young (ie cheap and controllable) talent on the ML roster.

It sucks that going forward, we can't continue to bring in more talent through the draft, but at least we took advantage of the system that was in place.  Other teams didn't even do that much and now that window has closed.

This might even hurt a team like the Phillies since they're already an old and expensive team and probably can't maintain a level of spending like the Yankees and Red Sox .  The Phils farm system isn't that great, either.
