Nook swings at a pitch below his knees and then another way outside to leave Kearns on base..

Even when Redding doesn't have his fastball, he still does well. This guy is ready for the big time.

I think you are right SF. Even though he's not pitching so bad.

Delgado strikes out on junk and Castro flies out, getting Redding through the 5th at 92 pitches. He is leading off for the Nationals! WHAT?

I just noticed that Jesus Flores is wearing reddish tinted sunglasses under his mask behind the plate on this sunny afternoon.
Redding gets a quality start, finishing the 6th with 14 pitches. He's up to 106. Manny has now got a pretty fresh bullpen for tonight.
LET's HIT EL DUQUE, NOW!

LOL, hey guys, thankfully ol' Tim is not quite dead yet. Wow, what a fine game he's pitching, and the bullpen is still on the edge, we really needed this from him.

Redding had 4 strikeouts in all his previous starts combined, and 8 today. He's getting better, love the way Randy works with these guys.

come on Kearns... let him walk you. nevermind.. way too impatient. AK has to learn to lay off the inside pitches

lmao.. just an overall horrid performance by the offense. It's like they are expecting Hernandez to throw 100 MPH or something

Felipe does hit his fair share of homers, suprisingly. He had next to none last year after coming to the Nats.
