When will we start promotions

It's obvious that these players have nothing to gain at their levels:

A-: Derek Norris, Marcos Frias, Ozvaldo Rodriguez (he is too old)

A+: Brad Meyers, Jeff Mandel, Sean Rooney

AA: this team is Nats bad

AAA: Tyler Clippard (this was due like 2 months ago)

Personally, I hope they wait on the players who were selected to league all-star teams. Let them enjoy the honor and promote them after that.

That would be Norris, Frias, Mandel & Meyers

agreed. these promotions are way overdue.

Rooney is having another stellar year just like he did last year in Hagerstown. Dude can hit.

Anyone know how he is behind the plate?

I hope Norris stays in Hagerstown until the break and then he goes.  But I sort of doubt that will happen.  He's that good.
