with Kearns...Kearns is almost 30(I think). He is what he is. He's already the player that he is,and his "potential" barrier has run out. he can't play on "potential" anymore. We thought he could possibly be more, and the team gambled on that. but it is turning out that we were all wrong wrong about him. which is highly disappointing.
Kearns is 28 next month. He's definitely disappointed so far, but there is no age limit for "finding it" at the plate. I haven't given up on him, but I do understand what a lot of people are saying w/ the youngster movement idea.
