Nah, I always disagree with people that say that.
Three reasons...
1. Always potential for a wild pitch on the IBB
2. Four throws is four throws on the arm, regardless of how hard they are thrown
3 The IBB takes less than 1:30 to complete. In the grand scheme of things, it's not going to save much time.
