Did it look like Billy was pained by putting the Nats at #1? I remember watching him last year and he was a doubter until well into the season. Plesac picked the Nats for the playoffs before last season if I remember correctly.
I watched MLB tonight yesterday and Billy had the O's in first place. I'll be surprised if they do better than 4th.
