3 outs, no runs.

The sooner he is off the club, the better the team will be.  He looked horrible in that last inning despite the results.

Bob obviously does not watch the news...just said Bonds was "not guilty as of yet on three other charges."  The jury deadlocked on those charges, Bob, and they were dismissed.

He looked horrible?  WTF do you mean, he didn't have his beard trimmed properly?  He allowed one stinking runner so much as 1st base, and that was it, job over.  I wish all our relief efforts were so efficient.

I keep telling you guys, once FP realizes how bad things really are, he may become suicidal...

His control was still all over and he walked their leadoff guy in 4 pitches. Sure the result was good but Gaudin was not.

Slaten looks back to his old lefty-killing self.  That's a good sign.

Tom,

His pitches were all over the place.  He missed targets the entire inning.  The Phillies helped him get out of that inning.

But if you get hitters out when you don't have you best stuff/control, you have done a good job

He was effectively wild.  It keeps the hitters off-balance, keeps 'em guessing.  Upon further reflection, it was a damn dominant inning.

What we saw from Gaudin was an improvement tonight.  Not great, but he was decent and didn't give up any runs.  Slaten looked good last inning.

Is this statement based on this game?  Because before this game, they were 5-5.  They got shut down tonight by one the great pitchers in baseball history - one that's going to end up in the Hall of Fame.  How bad do you think things are?

Mike Rizzo is on the phone, he wants to know if you're available for a position in the propaganda bureau.
