sdtrike three on votto not called
Just like Clip the other night, you can cry about couldas and shouldas and wouldas, but the fact is he didn't.  Gotta find a way to overcome it.  He pitched well for the most part, but one bad pitch did him in.  That's the danger of pitching in extras on the road.

It's fair when there clearly was strike 3 not called?

Our bullpen was fantastic today.

Good to see we're continuing to flourish with the awesome line-up and offense Mike "Beefcake is my business and business is good" Rizzo put together for us.  freak THIS HORSEcrap.

I totally agree with you. However, what it says in the stats doesn't equate to how well Bally and HRod pitched tonight to keep the Nats in the game.

I agree with you! That 3rd strike wasn't even close to being borderline...we should still be playing!

We were robbed all weekend...but we got it no worse on the non strike 3 call to votto.  Awful umpiring.  Just awful.

I didn't see all of it but did HRod keep it together early on in his appearance?  He looked decent the inning plus I saw.

No, this offense and lineup sucks ass.  I'm not going to bite my tongue on this but when you have Cora, Bixler, Ankiel, and Flores as starters your screwed.

Sorry Spin, tough loss. It's been a tough year for Collin on the diamond. I think his time in this franchise is up but I believe he'll get a chance in another organization next year.

Don't know why Balzig has to resort to nasty namecalling. I'm not fat and I do not live in my parents' basement. :lmao:

He kept it together and kept us in the game. These 2 guys were hurting with sore/stiff arms but they gutted it out.

I beg to differ. Going into ST 2012 Bally will make the club out of ST. There is no way they are giving up on a great arm. Being in the system this long he would have been gone a long time ago if he wasn't in their future plans.

Good to hear.  For all of my blasting of the HRod trade I do want the guy to get it together.   Any good outings we get from him give me some hope he'll one day get it together completely and dominate.

Good thing tomorrow is an off day.  Games like today have got to take a toll on those guys.

Only time will tell. He does have a good arm which is why I believe another team would give him a chance. We will see. Regardless, I hope all is well with you and your family, Spin. You are a stand up guy.

some people use his forum to air their miss givings about some one or another, its their right, and I personally will fight for their right to say what they please, but be aware that what you say tells volumes about yourself as a human!
