The Stars, Stripes, & Spokes ™ Motorcycle Rally is ready to kick off its inaugural event May 27-30 at the RFK Festival Grounds in Washington, DC. Come take part in this exciting event as a volunteer. Join 120,000 patriotic motorcycle enthusiasts honoring the sacrifice of our nation’s armed forces during the long Memorial Day weekend in the Nation’s Capital. There will be live music, over 100 vendors, lots of food, cold beer, military equipment displays, and the company of thousands of riders and DC tourists honoring and acknowledging the service of our fellow citizens who serve our nation under arms. We are proud to announce that a portion of the proceeds of the event will be donated to the Walter Reed Society to assist servicemen and women at the WRAMC.Volunteers will be utilized in several capacities for this special event. Volunteering with the Stars, Stripes, & Spokes ™ Motorcycle Rally will provide those qualified with an assortment of valuable learning experiences and exposure to all facets of event management. Volunteers must be energetic, sociable and possess excellent communication skills.
Rally Schedule:
May 27 - 29
9am – 9pm
May 30 (Memorial Day)
9am – 6pm
Volunteers are asked to work 4 hour shifts
Shift A: 8:30am – 1:00 pm
Shift B: 1:00pm – 5:30 pm
Shift C: 5:30pm – 9:30 pm
