We at the very least grabbed game one. Everybody was saying that the Cardinals would sweep us, or worse yet (before we clinched 1st in the division) that we would choke in the wild-card and be 1 and done.

We have made major accomplishments even if tomorrow is our last postseason game of the 2012 season.

You think? If we lose this game we MUST win game four. You don't think Gio gives us a higher percentage chance of that then Detwiler?

on short-rest? possibly. and what do you do for game 5?

Yup Det has to start tomorrow. No choice

This would be the start Stras would have gotten. Det's.  Righty rather than a lefty v. St.L.  That's the time for these sacks of poo to make the strasburg point.  Anyone think Jackson and Zimmermann would not have gotten starts had Stras been available this series?  The two righties are the ones who are dropping turds on the field.  It has nothing to do with Strasburg.

I feel very confident against the Cards bullpen if we can get there sooner than the seventh inning.

Jeez, LaRoche hits one on the button and it goes 300 feet!  You know you are in trouble when that happens. Same with Harper in first.

The team with the best record in the majors is eliminated in the NLDS.

Yeah, let's be proud of that.

Detwiler. It's like being down 10 with a minute left in football. You kick the FG to give yourself a chance at the onside kick. Just try to get to game five.

Our big hitters can't do crap. Unreal. Rizzo has to make changes in the offseason.

The whole team has strep throat and on antibiotics?  That might be why.  I don't know.

This year's team actually scored more than the 2009 team in a league with a lower average ERA

I must've missed something because even IF the Nationals lose today, they aren't eliminated from anything.  This team has comeback all year and I believe 100% they will do it again whether it's this game or the next two.
