I was in that section. I sit in 310 on the Teddy plan. That's Bob. He's one the characters of our section. Some don't like him doing that; I don't mind though.
If I sit in another section of the park and another pitcher comes in. I miss his announcement.
He's been a regular fixture for as long as I can remember at Nats Park (quite plainly audible in TBSITH).
