Going to the game tomorrow with my friend. Will probably be rocking my Zimmerman jersey.

Strongly considering going tomorrow (Sunday series finale).

What are my odds of seeing a crappy Sunday lineup from the Nats? I don't really want to see a Phillies win in person.

Less likely than normal with the game on ESPN.

What a great series so far!
You DEFINITELY want to get to one of the games this is a MUCH different series than the NORMAL Fillies home stand

Totally agree.  The game today was so much fun.

Get out there to the park!  It's not like it has been in the past when the Phillies have come to town.  It's even strength or better.  And with the Nats beating the tar out of their team, it's even better.

This. As this gets out more Nat fans will now be willing to stand up to the bully.

The tide has turned starting this weekend.

I'll be there tomorrow too, meeting a couple of friends at some point.  Got an extra ticket (girlfriend has three softball games tomorrow afternoon and can't make it), so if anyone wants to go, I'd rather give the ticket away on here so just PM me.

Buy another shirt. You cannot have just one Nats shirt.

Agreed with this.  I went to the game on Friday night and it was totally different than any other National game I've been to because of the atmosphere.

I've only found one Nats shirt ever in XL or XXL that was not absurdly long. It was at the America! shop at Dulles.

Hah! Fatty.

(In all seriousness I found some good XL's at Sports Authority)

Try the discount clothing store in Brentwood shopping plaza with the Giant and the home Depot. I forget the name but if you are facing the Giant it will be towards the end of the strip on your right. It has been awhile but almost every time I have been there they are clearing out local sports gear and I have come away with something from the Nats at a fraction of the price. They have Caps, Redskins, DC United and Chicago sports too.

What is the fan breakdown on metro?

I wante to answer this question while on the subway but lost 3g signal.  Any how, when I first got on, it was a good 95% Washington sportsfans (Caps and Nats).  At Metro Center all the Caps fans get off to catch red one stop to Gallery Place.  Leaves only baseball and others on the train.  It appeared I GUESS 70% NATS in my car!

I suppose it's as good a time as any to mention that I'm a season ticket holder this year (two seats in section 242--I cheaped out).  Been going to most of the games with friends, but if I have an extra ticket I'll let you guys know.

Nice! That is a very surprisingly good Giant.

I'm not optimistic about this game being played but it all depends on the timing and placement of developing bands of showers. There's a small chance they'll come later at night and/or initially set up west of Nats park. We'll keep you posted.

I'll be there Wednesday for the drier weather and $5 beer/peanuts deal.  Also going on Saturday to get my Nationals cap.  Sunday I have a parking pass because I was planning on taking the kids to get their free shirts but we have a conflict that afternoon.  I'm thinking about taking them over to the ballpark early to get $5 tickets and letting them play on the jungle gym, then leaving after the second inning.

Anyone want to guess the paid attendance for the Strasburg start tomorrow afternoon?  I'll go with just under 16K.  Although there is a chance it could be a double header.  I'm trying to figure out some way to schedule an off-site meeting so that I can sneak away for a few innings of that game.
