who is this guy?  the double and triple were smoked last night.  i hope he gets a chance to use it in the playoffs.  hopefully vidro can keep hitting.  we have seen this before. he got two hits last night and that might fill his quota for the week.  actually his quota is 3 so he can get one more.  i dont know if you want to mess with guzman and move him up to 2nd in the lineup or leadoff (which he did in minn).

if the nats get to the playoffs, and guzman continues to play well, frank and jim, have every right to set up an ass kissing booth on top of the dugout. but then they also probably owe their soul to the devil as well

You know how Carlos Beltran carried the Astros thru September and in the playoffs. Wouldnt it be the strangest thing IN THE WORLD if guzman of all people did the same thing for the Nats? Really, hope he can keep this up

Beltran is not Beltran.  At least he hasn't been this year.

Ass kissing booth are you mad?  Do you have any idea how many runs he cost us throughout the regular season before he got "hot" for a week?  They should be fired for their stubborness and refusing to make a change.  A couple of hits when  its almost over does not make up for an entire season of lousy play.

if he conttinues to play like this (or .270) for three years, and not be a 12 million dollar drain ont he budget, it is a damn thing they didnt give up on him.

Lets all hope he continues to hit for 2 reasons
1. every hit helps win games
2. maybe, just maybe, his trade value will increase

I just donr see how three weeks makes up for a season of bad play. Was it worth it?
